Panoramica flotta

Mobile Command Light

MAN TGE High Roof

Rapidly deployable command and reconnaissance vehicle for UAV Operations, Incident Command, Air Operations Coordination, Search & Rescue, wildfire reconnaissance and digital situation management. Planned features include two to three operator workstations, Mission Control integration, Starlink and multi-network communications, UAV storage and charging, weather and intelligence monitoring, realtime mapping and video streaming.

Mobile Command

MAN TGX with dedicated command trailer

Heavy mobile command platform for major incidents and prolonged operations. The system is intended as the mobile extension of the IAWS Operations Campus, combining an operational command room, Air Operations coordination, UAV Operations control, incident management, situation room, communications center, briefing room and Mission Control integration.

Aerial Firefighting Aircraft

De Havilland Canada DHC-515

Long-term backbone concept for dedicated IAWS fixed-wing aerial firefighting capabilities across the Mediterranean region and other wildfire-prone areas of Europe. The DHC-515 supports large-scale wildfire suppression, rapid water bombing, high sortie rates and operations from lakes or coastal water sources.

Helicopter Fleet

Leonardo AW139

Versatile multi-role helicopter concept for wildfire response, Search and Rescue, personnel transport, aerial reconnaissance, command support and disaster response. IAWS plans to use permanently installed internal firefighting tank systems where mission profile and aircraft configuration permit.

Heavy-Lift Helicopter

Airbus H225

Planned heavy-lift platform for large-scale wildfire suppression, long-range Search & Rescue, heavy transport, disaster logistics and international humanitarian response. Internal firefighting tank systems are preferred where operationally and technically feasible to reduce deployment time.

Integrated Fleet Concept

Connected through IAWS Mission Control

Every IAWS vehicle, UAV, aircraft and command platform becomes part of one unified Common Operational Picture. Mission Control enables realtime tracking, live asset status, mission planning, resource allocation, UAV integration, air-to-ground coordination, weather and wildfire intelligence, and digital incident management.
